How a flower gets to you
Everything is packed and posted by hand from the studio in the Netherlands. What follows is what is settled. The rest is being finalised before the shop opens properly, and it will be written here rather than guessed at.
- Made to order
- Nothing is kept on a shelf. Your candle is shaped after you order it, so the parcel does not go out the same day. If you need one for a particular date, ask before you order.
- Within the Netherlands
- Shipping is free.
- Everywhere else
- Calculated at checkout, based on where it is going.
- Packing
- Beeswax is soft, so each flower is packed to survive the post rather than to photograph well. Plastic-free.
Still being finalised
Delivery estimates, carrier options and how import duties are handled for orders outside the European Union are being confirmed before launch. Rather than publish a number that might be wrong, this page will be updated when each one is settled. In the meantime, ask the studio and you will get the current answer.
